After over 25 years of automotive sales and service, Russwood Auto Center has made the extremely difficult decision to retire its business. This decision has been difficult due to the valued employees and friends it impacts, the relationships we’ve established with the customers who have supported us throughout the years, and our loss as a respected and responsible contributor to the community. We’d like to express our deep appreciation to our staff, our customers and our community.
While it would be easier to point to one contributing factor to this decision, in reality it is the result of many outside forces. We are glad to have had this opportunity to serve our community and ask all to remember us as an important part of Lincoln’s history.
Through February 6, Russwood’s Service Center will be open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Russwood’s Sales Department will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday until the vehicles are shipped to auction on a date that is yet to be determined.
The corner of 84th & O has been the site of one of the most successful businesses for years and we have every intention of finding a use that continues that legacy.
